The Role
We're seeking a digital marketing expert who lives and breathes online growth. You'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive online sales.
This is not an entry-level role—we're looking for someone with a proven track record of delivering measurable results and can eventually lead a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Manage and scale Google Ads and paid social campaigns.
- Improve SEO performance and organic search visibility.
- Develop email marketing campaigns and customer retention strategies.
- Create and oversee engaging content for social media and website channels.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Manage website conversion optimisation and customer acquisition funnels.
- Monitor competitors and identify growth opportunities.
- Work closely with management to achieve ambitious sales targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing with measurable results.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Google Ads
- SEO
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Advertising
- TikTok
- Email Marketing
- Analytics and Reporting
- Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
- Experience managing marketing budgets and delivering ROI.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and think strategically.
- E-commerce experience is highly desirable.
- Experience marketing home improvement, interiors, bathrooms, kitchens, or related sectors is a bonus.
