Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to food safety standards.
- Take food and drink orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about menu items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies.
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently while balancing guest needs and time management.
- Ensure compliance with all health regulations and responsible serving practices to promote a safe environment.
- Assist in setting up and closing down the bar or dining area, including restocking supplies as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality setting is required
- Knowledge on cocktail making is required.
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and responsible alcohol service is highly valued.
- Strong basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Experience in serving or bartending roles demonstrates familiarity with customer service expectations and multitasking skills.
