We are seeking a motivated and talented Junior Stylist to join our dynamic team. The Junior Stylist will support senior stylists, assist clients, and contribute to creating a welcoming and stylish atmosphere. Responsibilities
- Assist senior stylists with haircuts, colouring, and styling services, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming clients, answering queries, and maintaining a friendly demeanour.
- Support salon management with daily operations to ensure smooth business flow.
- Participate in mentoring programmes to develop technical skillsin hairdressing
- Upsell products and additional services to enhance client experience and maxim
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations and retail areas in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Contribute to creating a positive team environment through effective communication and collaboration.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Basic knowledge of salon management procedures is advantageous.
- Proven ability to upsell products or services while maintaining excellent client relationships.
- Organised with good time management skills and the capacity to work effectively as part of a team.
