We are now looking for F&B Assistant ready to join a young and vibrant team and available to start immediately. The ideal candidate must demonstrate genuine dedication and show a commitment to consistent quality in our products and services
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate orders and serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring presentation meets quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and service equipment in compliance with food safety regulations
- Scottish ingredients, seasonal menu changes, and wine pairing basics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with genuine warmth and attentiveness.
- Ability to work under pressure during service periods while maintaining composure and accuracy.
- Flexibility to work shifts across different service window, including weekends and bank holiday
- Knowledge of Barista skills and cocktails is preferred
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant specially in five star or fine dining setting
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth, well-timed service.
- Uphold grooming, uniform and brand presentation standards befitting a 5-star hotel restaurant.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
- Ability to serve guests professionally with excellent communication skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest service and creating positive dining experiences
