We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Conveyancing Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and review of legal documents related to property transactions, including contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage documentation
- Manage case files efficiently using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook to track progress and deadlines
- Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and provide updates on case status
- Conduct property searches, land registry checks, and due diligence to ensure all legal requirements are met
- Organize and maintain accurate records of all conveyancing documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Support solicitors in drafting correspondence, completing forms, and preparing for hearings or meetings
- Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines throughout the conveyancing process
Skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly and professionally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and familiarity with IT systems used in legal environments
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail for managing multiple cases simultaneously
- Effective time management skills to handle workload efficiently under tight deadlines
- Fluency in English with outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- Good understanding of conveyancing procedures and legal terminology is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided if needed
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

Pay: £25,420.00-£66,325.45 per year
