About Kingfisher Court
Kingfisher Court is a purpose-built residential care home in Sutton-in-Ashfield, providing residential and dementia care for up to 66 residents. You'll be joining a friendly, established team in a home that's rated Good by CQC and has an impressive 9.7 review score on carehome.co.uk, reflecting the high standards of care and support delivered every day.

What You'll Do
- Lead and support the care team throughout your shift
- Oversee medication administration and ensure safe care delivery
- Complete care assessments and maintain person-centred care plans
- Coach and develop colleagues through supervision and support
- Maintain high standards in line with CQC requirements and best practice
What We're Looking For
- Experience leading care teams in a residential, dementia or elderly care setting
- Level 3 Diploma in Care (or working towards)
- Confidence with medication management and care planning
- A caring, supportive leadership style
- Good digital skills and experience using care systems
