Trade Recruit is currently recruiting on behalf of All Solar Works for two experienced Electricians to join their expanding team delivering solar PV installations across residential and commercial properties throughout Worthing and the surrounding areas.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a growing, forward-thinking business within the renewable energy sector. Working alongside experienced roofers and electricians, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality solar PV systems while benefiting from consistent long-term work, excellent earning potential, and ongoing development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
As an Electrician, you will be responsible for:
- Installing and commissioning solar PV systems across a range of residential and commercial sites
- Carrying out electrical works to a high professional standard
- Working as part of a four-person installation team comprising two electricians and two roofers
- Ensuring all work complies with current electrical regulations and health & safety requirements
- Diagnosing and resolving electrical issues where required
- Supporting the wider site team to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on schedule
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service on every installation
Requirements
Essential
- Fully qualified Electrician with relevant industry experience
- Own tools
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong understanding of electrical regulations and safe working practices
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Reliable, professional, and committed to delivering high-quality work
Desirable
- Previous solar PV installation experience
- Experience working on renewable energy projects
Candidates without solar PV experience are encouraged to apply, as training can be provided for the right individual.
