We’re recruiting for an inspiring and experienced nurse leader to be our Deputy Head of Consultant Admiral Nurse and Health Inequality Services. This role will support the strategic, clinical and operational delivery of the Consultant Admiral Nurse and Health Inequality Services.
As the Deputy Head, you will support the Head of Consultant Admiral Nurse and Health Inequalities Services to provide leadership and oversight across the Consultant Admiral Nurse team and contribute to the strategic growth and governance of these services.
You will lead the ongoing growth and development of Dementia UK’s Health Inequality Clinics, ensuring these services align with our strategic goals to reduce disparities in dementia care. You will also play a key role in supporting the professional development of Health Inequality Services Admiral Nurses through effective leadership, supervision, education and mentorship.
We’re looking for someone with extensive experience as an Admiral Nurse, who can think strategically, lead with compassion, and inspire confidence across teams. You’ll be skilled at building relationships, influencing at a national level, and bringing people together around our shared goal of improving life for families affected by dementia.
Please note that this role is only suitable for individuals who have already held an Admiral Nurse position.
