Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Personal Secretary to support a Regional Operations Manager in coordinating daily activities, managing communications, and ensuring smooth operational flow across multiple locations. Duties
- Manage the Regional Operations Manager’s calendar, schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements with precision and foresight.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism, practicing excellent phone etiquette while directing inquiries appropriately.
- Prepare, review, and organize correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately into various systems such as QuickBooks for financial record-keeping and other administrative databases.
- Maintain organized filing systems—both digital and physical—to ensure quick retrieval of documents and records.
- Assist with clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, mailing, and inventory management of office supplies.
- Support regional operations by coordinating logistics for meetings, events, and training sessions as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven administrative experience supporting senior management or regional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs), and familiarity with QuickBooks is highly desirable.
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy; typing speed should be efficient to handle multiple tasks swiftly.
- Previous office experience involving clerical work such as filing, record keeping, and correspondence management.
- Exceptional phone etiquette combined with clear communication skills for professional interactions.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new software tools or procedures while maintaining a positive attitude.

Pay: £55.00-£72.00 per hour
