We're looking for an organised, enthusiastic Trainee Office Administrator to join our friendly office team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to learn, take responsibility and grow within an expanding business.
You'll work closely with our Directors, Office Administrator and Project Manager, becoming a key part of the day-to-day running of the business.
No two days are the same, and we'll provide full training to help you develop into a valued member of our team.
What you'll be doing
- Answering incoming telephone calls and emails.
- Greeting visitors to the office.
- Filing and maintaining company records.
- Supporting the office with general administration.
- Assisting with project paperwork and documentation.
- Ordering office supplies and materials.
- Helping organise diaries, meetings and appointments.
- Liaising with suppliers and customers.
- Uploading certificates and project documentation.
- Collecting project photographs and information for our marketing team.
- Supporting the Directors and Office Manager with day-to-day tasks.

About you;
We're looking for attitude over experience.
You'll ideally be:
- Friendly and professional.
- Highly organised.
- Confident using Microsoft Office.
- Comfortable speaking on the telephone.
- Keen to learn.
- Able to manage several tasks at once.
- Reliable and trustworthy.
- A good communicator with attention to detail.
Previous office experience is helpful but not essential, as full training will be provided.
