Job Overview
We are looking for a Viewing Assistant part time - 2 to 3 days a week including Fridays and Saturdays - to help us create great experiences for our clients. You must have excellent local knowledge of Ipswich and surrounding areas.

What you'll do
- Welcome clients to property viewings with a smile and a friendly chat.
- Share information about the properties and answer any questions visitors may have.
- Keep the viewing area tidy and inviting.
- Help schedule and confirm appointments for viewings.
- Gather feedback from clients after viewings to help us improve.
What we are looking for
- Great communication skills and a friendly attitude.
- Excellent time keeping.
- Ideally some property experience.
- A team player who can also work independently.
- Organised and detail-orientated, with a knack for making things smoothly.
- Reliable and professional.
