We are currently recruiting an experienced Restaurant Manager.
Our Restaurant Manager is a key part of our management team and will play a vital role in the daily success and running of the restaurant. It’s all about creating a winning team and delivering the best service to our guests and customers.
- Must have experience working in a like for like role, in a large volume establishment up to 2000 meals per week.
- Experience required in managing a team of 30+ members of staff
- Be responsible for recruitment, induction and on boarding of any new team members and ongoing staff training.
- Have great leadership skills with a hands-on approach and effective communication, ability to engage and motivate your team through daily briefs.
- Have an good eye and attention to detail, high standards and be able to work on own initiative
- Have a passion for outstanding service, ensuring your team are as knowledgeable and confident in their roles as you are.
- Be passionate, have enthusiasm, flare and charisma - eager to improve business and bring fresh ideas to the table
- Be responsible for staff rotas, ensuring wages are kept to a set 30% against takings.
- Order all wet stock, and stock needed for the front of house.
- Immediate start available for the right candidate - Starting salary £28,000 plus package, negotiable dependant upon experience. Probationary period of 3 months, with a view to increase the salary.
