Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and driven Sales Executive to manage the full property sales process from initial enquiry through to sale agreed.
In this fast-paced, performance-focused environment, you will use your negotiation skills, market insight, and strong client service approach to maximise opportunities and deliver exceptional results.
A key part of the role is accurate and efficient administration, particularly throughout the reservation process. You will ensure every client receives an unrivalled Monroe experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage buyer and seller enquiries, viewings, offers, and negotiations.
- Use Monroe’s CRM with accuracy, ensuring all applicant and client information is recorded correctly.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across offices to raise the profile of the Land & New Homes department.
- Identify and capitalise on sales opportunities while delivering clear, confident communication.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, attention to detail, and time management across all tasks.
- Build strong, regular relationships with buyers, sellers, and developers through consistent updates and strategic advice.
- Support forward-thinking marketing initiatives, contributing ideas for social media, SEO, and local strategy.
- Track sales through to completion, working closely with the progression team.
Targets & Deliverables
- Achieve £30,000 in sales agreed per month.
- Consistently deliver excellent customer satisfaction, measured through client reviews.
- Maintain high standards of administrative accuracy.
- Sell at least 5 properties per month.
- Generate consistent solicitor and mortgage referrals.
- Uphold Monroe’s vision and values to provide a premium customer experience.
