Site Manager – HS2 Project
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team on the HS2 project.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on civil engineering or major infrastructure projects.
- Civil Engineering background.
- Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
- Valid First Aid at Work certificate.
- Safety Critical Medical certificate.
- C1 Align Induction Card (required for working on HS2).
- Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage site operations, subcontractors, and programme delivery while maintaining the highest safety standards.
Desirable:
- Previous experience working on HS2 or other major infrastructure projects.
- CSCS Black Manager Card.
- Temporary Works or other relevant construction qualifications.
