Job Description:
Clark Security is currently recruiting professional Door Supervisors to join our team for a busy nightclub in Kirkcaldy.
You’ll be working as part of a team to ensure the safety of customers and staff, maintaining a strong but friendly presence at the venue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Controlling entry and exit of the venue
- Carrying out ID checks and monitoring capacity
- Managing queues and customer interactions
- Dealing with incidents in a calm and professional manner
- Working closely with team members and venue staff
Requirements:
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (essential)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not essential
