Duties

- Maintain accurate records through data entry and clerical tasks, utilizing Microsoft Office, our internal SOP systems
- Oversee inventory of office supplies and place orders to ensure smooth workflow
- Handle correspondence via email, phone, and written communication with clarity and professionalism
- Assist with document preparation, filing systems, and other administrative projects to enhance office efficiency
Skills
- Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent typing speed and data entry accuracy for maintaining records efficiently
- Demonstrated clerical experience with strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with general office equipment such as printers, scanners, and phones
