The Role
We are seeking a Quality Control Technician to join our production team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that all products meet our quality standards before reaching customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process items, and finished products
- Identify, record, and report defects or non-conformances
- Ensure products meet internal specifications and customer requirements
- Maintain accurate quality records and inspection reports
- Work closely with production staff to resolve quality issues
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality audits
- Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies
Requirements
- Previous experience in a quality control or manufacturing environment (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
- Ability to read and follow technical specifications and work instructions
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic IT skills for record keeping
- A proactive and reliable attitude
