Location: Penzance
Pay rate: £14.50 per hour - Weekly and Monthly Pay Available!
Shift pattern: 07.00am - 19.00pm (days); 19.00pm - 07.00am (nights)
Hours: 36 hours
We are looking for caring, reliable and confident Support Workers to join a small team supporting an individual who lives at home with their family in Penzance. This gentleman has Autism and Prader- Willi Syndrome and may at time present behaviours the can be challenging.
He enjoys woodwork, all things Harry Potter, and is always up for trying new activities — even horse riding. If you like keeping active, you’ll fit right in: he loves going to the gym and getting out and about for day trips.
To support him with these activities, a full UK driving licence is essential.

Provide person- centred care on a 1:1 basis

Promote independence and wellbeing.

Support community access and meaningful activities.

Helping with routine household tasks to maintain a calm, organised environment
