AIRCRAFT DISPATCHER/TURNAROUND COORDINATOR - FIXED TERM
Main Objectives
We are currently offering a fixed term contract until 30 September 2026 with the possibility of an offer of a permanent contract at the end of this period.

Given the nature of this role, you must be available to cover the all shift times 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including Bank Holidays and religious festivals, day shifts and night shifts possible.
- Reporting to the Airside Duty Manager (ADM) The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and driving the turnaround of a flight, safely and on time.
- Ensuring the highest delivery of services to Fenix/Red Handling group airlines is consistent, professional, safe, and secure
The Role
- Co-ordinating post arrival and pre-departure activities, driving the turnaround.
- Conduct pre-arrival aircraft briefings with the team.
- Ensure all paperwork relating to the aircraft turnaround is completed accurately.
- Supervise check-in boarding and coordinating the critical path of the aircraft turnaround.
- Ensure accurate timestamp and recording of activities during the critical path of the aircraft turnaround.
- To comply with all airlines weight & balance documentation and load sheet regulations and to convey the loading instruction to ramp staff.
- Detailed written reports for delays or any safety incident while in charge of a flight.
- Responsible for the timely sending of all movement messages both within the company and Airline systems.
- To ensure that security items, rush/unaccompanied bags are loaded & documented correctly Responsible for the timely sending of all movement messages both within the team and to/from the airline Presentation of the load sheet with any final amendments made to the captain and agreeing departure times.
- Ensure all weight and balance data is accurately sent in a timely manner.
- Responsible for presenting the Loadsheet with any final amendments to the Pilot in Command.
- Keep up to date with company and airline notices.
Competency Requirements
- Previous experience required
- Full manual UK Driving Licence required
- Proven ability to work in a high-pressured environment
- Fluent in English - written and spoken
- Attention to detail, aptitude for working with various information technology systems
- Strong positive attitude with a commitment to learn.
- Have the right to live and work in the UK
- A full 5-year work/unemployment/education history.
- Criminal record check and Airport security checks.
- Have the right to work and live in the UK
Job Types: Part-time, Temp to perm
Pay: £17.05 per hour
