About Us
Oakmont Care Services are a family run care provider. Established in 2010 to offer person-centred support in supported living services, we have grown and are looking to expand our recently established homecare service.
About the Role
Oakmont Care Services is seeking an experienced and ambitious leader to take ownership of our Care at Home Department.

This is not just a compliance role.
We are looking for somebody who understands how to build and run a successful homecare service. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of care and regulatory compliance, while also identifying opportunities for growth, improving operational efficiency, maximising service capacity and contributing to the commercial success of the department.
If you are somebody who enjoys developing people, solving problems and growing services, we'd like to hear from you.
