Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including site offices, drying rooms and restrooms.
- Use appropriate cleaning tools and supplies to ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning as needed
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability
- Follow health and safety procedures diligently to create a safe environment for all occupants
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management
- Adhere to established cleaning schedules and protocols efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Experience
- Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies is advantageous
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this role
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during shifts
