Onyx Staffing Group is a London based hospitality and event staffing agency on a mission to give young people their first real opportunity in the workplace. We were founded because too many talented young people in London are ready to work but never get the call back — we're changing that.
We place staff at some of London's best corporate dinners, private functions, weddings, product launches and large scale events. Every shift is different, every venue is different, and every event is a chance to build your experience, grow your confidence and earn good money doing it.
We're looking for reliable, motivated people aged 18 and over who want flexible paid work around their schedule. Whether you're a student, between jobs, or just looking for extra income — if you're punctual, well presented and willing to work hard, we want to hear from you.
No experience in hospitality? No problem. We provide a full briefing before every shift so you know exactly what's expected. All you need to bring is a positive attitude, smart black clothing and the drive to represent something great.
What you'll be doing:
- Waiting tables and serving food and beverages
- Bar work and drinks service
- Front of house and guest reception
- General event support and setup
What we're looking for:
- Aged 18 or over
- Based in London
- Reliable, punctual and well presented
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Right to work in the UK
- No experience necessary — full briefing provided before every shift
