What You Need:
- Be a Team Player:You’ll help keep the team motivated,making sure everyone’s working together to keep things running smoothly. You’ll lead by example and keep the energy high,while making sure everyone is having a great time!
- Customer Vibes:You’ll make sure every guest feels like they’re at a mate’s BBQ – from greeting them with a smile to making sure the food and drinks are spot on. It's all about creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere!
- Keep Things Moving:You’ll be a key extension of the management team,always stepping in when needed to keep the service flowing like a well-oiled machine. Whether it’s jumping in to assist the team,solving problems on the fly,or ensuring the pace never slows down,you’ll tackle it head-on and keep things running smoothly. No hiccups,no hold-ups – you’ve got it covered!
- Support the Crew: You’re the go-to person for the team during your shift. You’ll help out wherever needed,whether that’s giving a hand in the kitchen or helping customers – no task is too big or small!
- Get It Done: Things can get fast-paced,but you’ve got a cool head and a positive attitude. You’ll help keep everything in check without stressing,making sure everyone stays on track and the shift runs smoothly.
