Swim Instructor – Water Babies

We’re looking for warm, enthusiastic people to join our Water Babies teaching team. You don’t need any previous experience – we’ll give you full, industry-leading training and support you every step of the way.
If you’ve got a great attitude, a love of the water, and enjoy helping little ones grow in confidence, you’re already halfway there.
What you’ll be doing
- Teaching babies and toddlers to swim using the Water Babies programme
- Creating fun, safe, confidence-building lessons in a warm pool environment
- Helping little ones (and their grown-ups!) feel relaxed, supported and proud
- Following clear safety procedures – we’ve got robust systems and great support
- Being part of a friendly, passionate team who genuinely love what they do
What we’re looking for
- No swimming teaching experience required – full training provided
- A genuine love of children or a real love of swimming (both is a bonus!)
- A positive, reliable, can-do attitude
- Great communication skills and a friendly manner
- Availability for at least one day at the weekend (ideally Sundays)
- A car and ability to travel between local pools
