Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper for a part-time position based in GB. In this role, you will support our accounting team by maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Your contributions will help us uphold our mission of providing reliable financial services.
Responsibilities
- Manage and record financial transactions using QuickBooks, Xero and Excel/VT.
- Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist with VAT submissions and tax return preparations.
- Support the director with data entry and administrative tasks.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero and Excel/ VT.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of VAT procedures and tax return processes is preferred.
- Good communication skills.
- Prior experience in a similar role is necessary.
