Hackett London is looking for an experienced and motivated Supervisor to join the team at our Gunwharf Quays outlet.
You will support the management team with the daily running of the store, lead by example on the shop floor, deliver excellent customer service and help the team achieve sales targets. You will also assist with stock management, visual standards, opening and closing procedures, and staff coaching.
The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory or senior sales experience, preferably within fashion or premium retail. You should be confident, organised, customer-focused and flexible to work weekends and bank holidays.
