Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to join our team at Macdonald Hotels & Resorts in Spain. In this role, you will contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests by maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our luxurious rooms. Your efforts will help uphold our reputation for excellence in hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and refreshments.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
- Ensure all cleaning procedures comply with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with laundry duties as needed.
- Provide friendly and professional service to guests during their stay.
- Follow company policies to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial services.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards in hospitality.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor. Preferred:
