We blend traditional values with a progressive, inclusive culture—and we’re recruiting a Designate Deputy General Manager to support several of our houses around the Greater London area while you complete a structured development program that prepares you to take responsibility for your own site. The timing of the program will depend on your rate of progress and a suitable House becoming available.

What you'll need to be:

An experienced DGM, AM or Supervisor with great leadership capability within branded hospitality

Competent in kitchen oversight and the control of food production

Based in the London, area or planning to re-locate

An expert in quality food and drink, with high attention to detail

A commercially minded operator with experience growing hospitality businesses

Diligent with operational standards and processes

Well-presented, analytical and proactive in problem-solving

Able to commit to supporting the region until your permanent pub becomes available
