Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Support Worker to join our Team in the Pendeford area.
Secure Healthcare Solutions is a complex care homecare provider. Working with adults and children in their own homes – we provide high quality care for service users with a wide range of conditions. We have a strong operational team with a robust clinical and quality process ensuring the safety of our care teams and the Service user at all times.
Pay Rate: £13.00
Immediate start

Paid Shadow Shifts
Shifts:
Saturday 11am-3pm
Sunday 11am-3pm
We are recruiting for an experienced support worker to provide care to a service users in their own homes.
We are looking for the ideal candidate who has experience working with clients with Learning Difficulties, Challenging Behaviour, Autism
The candidate will be fully trained on the following clinical skills:
- Medication Administration
- Challenging Behaviour
- Previous PBS experience
- previous Restraint Training
Whist promoting the independence of the individual service user and meeting their care needs, Our Support Workers must be willing to:
- Assist/provide personal care
- To provide clinical support provided by our clinical lead
- Provide nutrition and hydration support
- Support with medication needs
- Assist in domestic duties
- Comply with all policies and procedures
- To liaise with management
- To report back any concern relating to the health of the service user
- To participate in Team meetings & Supervisions
