Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Working Friday 8:30-5:30 & Saturday 8:30-13:00
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and direct them appropriately, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
- Answer incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, managing multiple lines efficiently
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate meetings using organisational tools
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail
- Maintain accurate records through data entry and filing systems
- Utilise Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for various administrative tasks
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents
- Support other administrative staff as required to ensure office efficiency
Requirements
- Proven office experience or clerical experience is preferred
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Good phone etiquette and communication skills
- Fast and accurate typing skills for data entry tasks
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a busy environment
- Organised with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all work undertaken
Pay: £6,831.50-£8,261.50 per year
