We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced Front of House Security Officer to join our team at this world famous location based in Cavendish Square, a short walk from Oxford Circus tube station. The ideal candidates will hold a valid SIA licence and have a strong background in security operations and customer service.
Key Details:
- The role is based on a two weekly shift pattern.
- Week 1 - Monday to Friday 0630 -1330 and Saturday 0800 - 1730. Week 2 - Monday to Friday 1200 - 2000
- There is overtime available from time to time to cover events hosted at the premises.
- Role and Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols and monitor premises to ensure security is maintained
- Control access and egress of personnel, visitors, and deliveries - meet and greet.
- Respond effectively to incidents and emergencies
- Maintain detailed and accurate reports of daily activities and any incidents
- Work in coordination with management and emergency services when required.
- What We’re Looking For:
- Valid SIA Licence (Essential)
- Proven experience in a security role
- Strong observational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive and professional approach to security.
- Excellent customer service and IT skills.
