We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Full time Team Member to join our dynamic team. . Experience in retail or hospitality is an advantage but not essential.
As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and safety. This position requires a passion for food and a commitment to providing an outstanding dining experience. You’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks, from answering phone queries and taking orders for juices and smoothies, to promoting our trending desserts.
Responsibilities
- Preparing the shop before opening
- Maintaining cleanliness in both front and back of house throughout the day. End-of-day cleaning with the team, including mopping floors and kitchen areas
- Working to maintain Juices4Life brand standards
- Conduct cash/card transactions and perform basic math calculations for order processing. Includes daily cash up.
- Assist in serving customers with a friendly attitude, taking orders accurately and efficiently. To always deliver excellent customer service.
- Engage in upselling items on the menu to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Prepare drink items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Participate in training sessions to improve culinary skills and knowledge of food safety practices.
Skill
- Previous hospitality experience is desirable, with a focus on food preparation and serving.
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and practices.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Kitchen or culinary experience preferred, demonstrating an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively during peak hours.
