One to two days at a time Live-in Carer – Gentleman with Schizophrenia and learning difficulties (Lincoln)
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable live-in carer to support a gentleman living with Schizophrenia in his own home. This will be over a 24-48 hour period, days 10am-10pm paid at an hourly rate and 10pm-7am sleep in rate £85 7am-10am hourly rate.
DRIVING ESSENTIAL.
About the Role
- Provide personal care and daily living support
- Support with activities and accessing the community.
- Support with taking long scenic drives and visiting new places.
- Light household duties, including maintaining a safe and comfortable environment
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Support with medication and mental health.
Requirements
- Previous experience working with mental health essentials.
- Kind, patient, and trustworthy nature.
- Good communication skills
- Right to work in the UK
