Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure they meet cleanliness standards.
- Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and linens to maintain availability for guests.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Assist with janitorial duties including trash removal, floor care, and sanitation procedures.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards, reporting issues promptly.
- Support team members in setting up conference rooms or event spaces as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and hygiene standards to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
Experience
- No Previous hotel experience or hospitality background is required.
- Experience in janitorial or cleaning services is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and colleagues.
