Smoke Control Installer
Duties will include pulling and tying FP cables to smoke dampers and other smoke control equipment, so any prior experience in smoke control or fire alarms would be advantageous.
Experience of metal conduit drops and metal containment would be useful but not essential.
Candidate would have ideally 6 months of commercial work experience. You will need a full set of tools and drills. Must possess a valid ECS card and hold Lvl 3 Electrical Installation or be in the process of studying Lvl 3.
The Ideal candidate will be self motivated and willing to report back at the end of each working day with tasks that have been completed to the manager. Given time, the candidate may look to progress to become a working supervisor within the company and or start learning to commission projects.
This is a self employed position, however we have secured various contracts with clients offering long term work for the right person. Willingness to commute to London and the home counties is essential.
Site hours are 8-4 with a 45 minute lunch break.
PASMA desirable. IPAF desirable. ECS essential.
