We’re a lively Jamaican takeaway with a cosy seating area in the heart of Chorlton. We are looking for a dedicated Supervisor to help lead our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Manage staff schedules and support team members
- Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Handle cash, POS, and inventory tracking
- Assist in opening and closing procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in a QSR hospitality setting
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for Caribbean cuisine and culture a plus
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- A positive and team-oriented attitude
