Job Title: Lecturer in Marketing
Hours: 22.2 hours per week (0.6 FTE)
Salary: £43,482–£48,823, Band 6, pro rata
About the Post
- We seek to appoint a lecturer in digital marketing to lead and deliver undergraduate and post graduate modules in marketing on our BA (Hons) Business Management, our new MSc Digital Marketing and Data Analytics and our flagship Suffolk MBA programmes.
- You will also take a key role in coordinating our second-year undergraduate business placement module with our careers team.
- We are looking for someone able to teach in some of the following areas: digital marketing, brand leadership, marketing data, data analytics and professional practice
- The course is mainly delivered face-to-face to be complemented by the development of excellent digital learning materials for our online platform.

About You
- Can you pass on your industry knowledge of digital marketing to the next generation of digital marketing professionals?
- You should be able to motivate, engage and develop student skills at undergraduate and post graduate level
- You will be able to develop excellent working relationships with colleagues in the business and law team, students and employers to develop and grow our courses
- You will be an enthusiastic, friendly, innovative and talented professional with a strong digital marketing background. You will have teaching experience or equivalent training experience.
- You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be committed to the delivery of outstanding teaching, and the provision of an excellent educational experience.
