Support Workers at Heath Street provide a diverse range of care to individuals with learning and physical disabilities along with safety, security and reassurance with a range of care options available to meet their personal needs. Our vibrant communities thrive on connection and joy, offering activities tailored to what our residents love most. Together, we create a warm, engaging environment where everyone feels valued and supported.
All of our Support Workers at Heath Street, are committed to delivering excellent care and support services, which has resulted in this service receiving a "Good’’ rating by CQC.
We offer a wide variety of community access, such as, visits to cafes and lunches out, day trips, bingo, coffee mornings, pamper sessions, musical sessions. We support up to 6 individuals, both males and females, with everyday support including personal care, meal time support, medicine administration, managing finances and help with budgeting, we also support with PEG care and specified SALT recommended diets. We support with supermarket shopping and special visits.
