Register Adult Carers and provide ongoing, compassionate support by telephone or digital channels. Deliver a steady and responsive duty service for Adult Carer enquiries.
This role can be mainly home‑based if preferred, with some office cover at the Dumfries office when required, along with occasional mandatory attendance at meetings and training.
