Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Domestic and Commercial Cleaner to join our professional cleaning team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across various residential and commercial premises. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, delivering exceptional service to our clients while ensuring a safe and hygienic space. Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, kitchens, offices, and communal areas according to client specifications
- Use cleaning equipment and products safely and efficiently, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels as needed
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management
- Follow designated schedules and complete tasks within allocated timeframes
- Ensure all cleaning tasks meet the company's quality standards and client expectations
Skills
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Reliable with a professional attitude towards clients and team members
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures related to cleaning activities
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
