Job Introduction
We have an excellent opportunity for a Step 2 Clinical Supervisor to join the leadership team for our NHS Talking Therapies service providing first-class mental health care across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland (LLR).
You should have a good track record in mental health provision and be keen to pursue a leadership career. In this position you will be fully involved in both the day-to-day running of the service as well as making a contribution to strategy and helping to shape the future of the service.
The role involves comprehensive case management supervision for Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners (PWPs) utilising an outcomes-focused approach, encouraging reflective practice and facilitating clinical skills groups as needed. You will ensure adherence to the clinical competency framework for PWPs and will be a strong believer in maintaining the clinical quality of their supervisees' work through regular clinical audits. As part of the leadership team, you will play a crucial role in supporting Clinical Leads to ensure high standards of clinical delivery and effectiveness. You will be responsible for providing and supervising Step 2 interventions recommended by NICE for clients with mild to moderate common Mental Health Disorders, strictly following the NHS TT Manual.
This is a fantastic chance to develop your skills and experience in a key role and progress your career in a fast-paced collaborative environment in a growing UK wide organisation.
