Lee Hire Ltd are a family run, award winning and well established vehicle recovery company, covering the South East of England.
Due to our continued growth and new contracts, we have immediate openings for Part Time Controllers to join the very busy team. Lee Hire Ltd is a 24 hour operation and we pride ourselves on the service we provide to our customers 365 days a year. The Control Team are the first point of call and then have the task of allocating the work to our team of recovery and roadside drivers.
We would welcome applications from people who can demonstrate experience in the following areas:
- Customer services, including being able to deal with a high volume calls, remaining calm in composure to reassure the customers
- Computer savvy, although training will be provided on our specific systems, an intermediate level of tech understanding is essential
- Ideally you will have worked in the logistics industry giving you local geographic knowledge
- The ability to be able to prioritise and strategise
- Used to working to and achieving realistic KPI's
We are ideally looking to add to our night shift team, where you will work from home, having been provided with all the necessary equipment needed to be able to operate. We understand that flexibility is important to our employees, so are happy to discuss the shifts available, ideally a minimum of 2 shifts a week. We too would look for some flexibility to help cover other shifts, including days, during busy periods such as the holiday months.
