We are looking for hardworking, experienced assembly fitters who are looking to join the number one motorhome manufacture in the UK and make a long term commitment. Our working hours are Monday - Thursday 07:30 - 17:00 with 30 minute unpaid break and Friday 07:30 - 12:30. Level of skill will reflect in salary and opportunity to enhance skills and pay though flexibility, with in house training.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ability to take ownership of the role
- Adhering to health & safety and quality
- Creating and maintaining the highest standards of 5S’s housekeeping and environmental management within the work section
- Experience in kitchen or shop fitting, electrical or gas fitting, boat building, general fitting/assembling.
Essential qualifications & experience:
- Excellent timekeeping, attendance and flexibility
- Self-motivated
- Team working attitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team or on your own.
- Willingness to undergo further training and development.
- Use of Hand, power and air tools
- A “positive can do” attitude
Salary:
- Starting from £28,291.64 per year (£13.27 per hour)
