Job Summary
StepV5 Digital Development Ltd is seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager to lead the development and improvement of customer-focused digital products. You will define product priorities, manage the roadmap, coordinate technical and creative teams, and use customer insights and performance data to deliver valuable digital experiences.
What You'll Do
- Define the product vision, roadmap, priorities, and success measures.
- Manage digital products throughout the full product lifecycle.
- Gather and prioritise requirements from customers, users, and business stakeholders.
- Translate product requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate developers, designers, analysts, testers, and delivery teams.
- Manage product backlogs and support sprint planning and product reviews.
- Analyse customer feedback, user behaviour, market trends, and product performance.
- Lead product discovery, research, prototyping, testing, and validation activities.
- Work with technical teams to ensure products are secure, scalable, and reliable.
- Monitor KPIs such as adoption, engagement, conversion, retention, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage product risks, dependencies, release plans, and stakeholder expectations.
- Identify opportunities for product improvements, new features, and commercial growth.
Requirements
- Experience in digital product management, software products, or online services.
- Strong understanding of Agile product development and software-delivery processes.
- Experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, user stories, and priorities.
- Ability to work effectively with engineering, UX, design, marketing, and commercial teams.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence using customer and product-performance data.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or product analytics platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder-management, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Understanding of UX research, experimentation, and customer-centred design.
- Degree in Business, Technology, Product Management, or a related discipline is advantageous.
- Product Owner, Scrum, Agile, or product-management certification is desirable.

Pay: £5,200.00-£5,800.00 per month
