A new workshop, built from the ground up
Enginova Motor Group is a newly launched independent vehicle repair and MOT testing centre in West Bromwich. We're investing in a modern workshop — two-post lifts, quality equipment, and a proper setup — and looking for a skilled technician to join us right at the start.
This is a rare chance to help shape a workshop's standards and culture from day one, rather than fitting into someone else's.
What you'll be doing:
- Servicing, diagnostics, and general repairs across cars, 4x4s, and vans
- MOT testing (if qualified) or working toward MOT tester qualification
- Vehicle health checks and fault diagnosis
- Completing job cards and documentation to a high standard
- Delivering honest, first-class service to customers
What we're looking for:
- NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a garage or workshop environment
- MOT tester licence (desirable, not essential)
- Full UK driving licence
