About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Scaffolding Labourer / Driver to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role that involves assisting scaffolders on-site, loading and unloading materials, and driving company vehicles to transport equipment safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting scaffolders with the erection, alteration, and dismantling of scaffolding.
- Loading, unloading, and transporting scaffolding materials to and from sites.
- Driving company vehicles in accordance with road traffic regulations.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
- Carrying out manual handling duties and general labouring tasks.
- Conducting daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects.
- Following all company health and safety procedures.
- Supporting the team to ensure projects are completed on time.
Requirements
- Valid driving licence (Category B minimum; additional licence categories advantageous).
- Previous labouring, construction, or scaffolding experience preferred but not essential.
- Good level of physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
Desirable Qualifications
- CSCS Card.
- Scaffolding Labourer Card (COTS) or relevant scaffolding experience.
- Experience driving vans or light commercial vehicles.
- Forklift or Hiab certification (advantageous but not essential).

Pay: £15.00-£17.50 per hour
