JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an experienced Bartender (both full and part time) to join us in the most beautiful restaurant bar. Experience in cocktail making is essential.
You will work varied shifts including opens and closes. No two days are the same in this role. Your roles and responsibilities include making and serving drinks to company specs and service timings, general housekeeping of the bar and exceeding guest expectations at every given opportunity.
The role of our Bartenders is extremely hands on, we’re looking for individuals with a genuine passion for fresh food, drink and hospitality.

Key Competencies
Communication skills, experience working in fast paced restaurant bar environments with proven cocktail knowledge.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Daily running of a shift on the bar.
Opening and setting up for a day of success, this will involve restocking, prepping and cleaning. Close downs entail deep cleaning of the bar areas.
Greeting guests to the restaurant and bar, offering suggestions and upselling based on a personalised approach.
Taking payments and cash handling
Keeping all areas of the bar clean and tidy.
Stay up to date with latest drink trends and have extensive knowledge of our offering.
Exceeding guest expectations with every drink that is served.
