Deputy Nursery Manager
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Deputy Nursery Manager for a independent children’s day nursery in Wood Green.
This is an opportunity for a Deputy Nursery Manager looking to take the next step in their career, in a role providing ongoing support, development, and progression opportunities.
Position Details
Your role:
- Working alongside the Nursery Manager to support the day-to-day running of the nursery
- Promoting and ensuring a safe, caring, stimulating educational environment
- Supervising and supporting and staff development
- Assisting with training and appraisals
What you will need:
- Minimum level 3 Early Years Childcare qualification
- Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework and regulations
- Confidence in leading and supporting a team
- An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational and skills
