Previous experience in colour work or barbering is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Providing a wide range of hair styling services including cuts, colour, blow-drying, and specialised treatments.
- Offering personalised consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable styles or treatments.
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the salon environment.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business through excellent customer service and upselling of products or additional services.
- Managing front desk duties such as appointment scheduling, client check-in/out, and handling enquiries efficiently.
- Promoting retail products to enhance client experience and maximise revenue.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio of work.
- A minimum 3 years experience within a Salon.
- Skills in colour work, barbering and upselling are an advantage
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
- Demonstrated ability in customer service with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Organised with good time management skills to handle multiple appointments efficiently.
