Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and serving a variety of beverages efficiently and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, tools, and supplies
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times
- Support the bar team during busy periods by managing orders and serving customers promptly
- Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment and handle any issues professionally
- Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth service throughout shifts
- Follow proper cash handling procedures and assist with basic math calculations for transactions
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in hygiene
- Ability to serve guests with professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks during busy hours
- Basic math skills for processing payments accurately
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required
